Right now, DACA renewal requests wait times vary, so it’s crucial to plan ahead. We recommend that you ensure your request is submitted during the recommended 120-150 days before your DACA's expiration date.
Additionally, we encourage people requesting DACA to seek counsel from an accredited representative or attorney to help determine the best timing for your DACA renewal request.
