Steel bars and wire mesh surround these animals at every turn. Locked up in a small cage in the middle of England, where it is cold, rainy and bleak.

When all they dream of is running through the warm, sunny, wide-open savannas of Africa. 

Lions, Rocky and Rora, are two individuals currently captive in a backyard zoo in the UK. But owners recently tried to open a full-scale zoo in Trowell, and thanks to you, their application was DENIED.

And that's why I wanted to reach out to you today. Will you send a gift to help animals and ensure we can continue to fight against the building of new zoos?

Right now, we are fighting to stop the opening of another zoo in Cheshire. You may have already taken action against this mobile zoo called Zoo2U. Thanks to you, their first application was rejected, but now they have amended and re-submitted their plans. With your help we will continue to fight to stop this.
