Donald’s criminal trials should disqualify him from ever holding office again, John, but it’s unfortunately not so simple.

In fact, thanks to his hand-picked SCOTUS majority, it’s now unlikely his January 6th trial will even begin before Election Day.

That means if Donald wins the presidency, he’ll be free to make all four of his criminal cases — and all 91 felony counts — simply disappear.

Nothing would make me happier than to see Donald finally forced to answer for his many crimes, but here’s the reality:

The justice system will not save us from Donald Trump. Stopping him is entirely up to us.
