Hi John!

Today, Georgia's governor enacted three new voter suppression laws, changing how elections are run in the battleground state just months before the presidential election. These changes:

- Make it harder for Georgia residents experiencing homelessness to register to vote.
- Force election workers to process unnecessary voter challenges.
- Require in-person early voting and mail ballots to be counted within an hour of the polls closing, putting an unnecessary strain on already overburdened election workers.
- Eliminate the requirement that there be one voting machine for every 250 voters at a polling location.

And it doesn’t end there. This is not okay!

This year alone, at least 303 bills that restrict voter access have been introduced across the country. In 14 states , at least 17 new voter suppression laws will be in effect for the 2024 General Election. John, our democracy must work for all of us, not some of us, and we need your help to make that happen. Can you donate $5, $10, $25, or $50 to help us register voters this election season? >>> [[link removed]]
