Jon Tester’s race is the most watched in the country, so you can bet that Mitch McConnell will be poring over our fundraising numbers for any signs of weakness after we submit them to the FEC next Wednesday.
Submitting a strong FEC report is the best way to show the strength of our grassroots team. If we fail, McConnell will take that as a sign to invest even more than the already $65 million he and his allies are spending on behalf of Jon’s opponent, Tim Sheehy.
