WILL Partners with YAF to Challenge University's Radical Appeasement Plan

WILL has filed a federal Title VI complaint against Northwestern University on behalf of the Young America’s Foundation (YAF), which has an active chapter on the University’s campus.

This complaint documents the University’s plan to offer nearly $1.9 million in scholarship funds, faculty positions, and student-organization space to Palestinian students and staff.

Our message to Northwestern University and any other university is simple: if you do this, we will take legal action.  We are just getting started!

WILL Defends Wisconsin Small Businesses in Their Fight for Survival!

WILL has filed a lawsuit against the Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR) on behalf of two Wisconsin Wedding Barns. The lawsuit is seeking to mitigate the harmful impacts of Wisconsin Act 73, which became law in late 2023 and fully takes effect in 2026.

Wisconsin small business owners trying to make a living are seeing their entire life’s work thrown away due to heavy-handed economic protectionism.

Special interests and their well-connected lobbyists shouldn’t be able to write laws to hurt their competition, and that’s why WILL is fighting back.
