Here is an urgent update on the latest we're seeing on the ground:

• Over 35,000 people have been reported killed - nearly 70% of the fatalities in Gaza are women and children.
• Only 11 hospitals are partially functioning for a population of over 2 million. Only 20% of Gaza’s primary care facilities are functioning.
• With an estimated 1.7 million people displaced in Gaza, shelters are facing extreme overcrowding, raising concerns about the spread of deadly diseases.
