They deserve our appreciation each and every day, especially as they deal with a teacher shortage, book bans, censorship, and hateful legislation that targets LGBTQ educators and students.
This Teacher Appreciation Day, I’m committing to breaking the GOP supermajority and bringing back balance to Tallahassee so we can focus on making sure our students are learning without censorship and our educators have the resources and support they deserve.
Let’s all take a moment to show the teachers in our lives some love today — they deserve it more than ever!
