[[link removed]] Cultivating Community: Reaching Out for Change
Dear Beloved Community,
Last week, we planted the seeds of change. This week, let's nourish those seeds by reaching out and building connections that will sustain us through our journey.
Outreach is not just about spreading a message; it's about building relationships that empower and uplift us. Let's knock on doors, host gatherings, and embrace social media to connect with our neighbors and amplify our voices.
Together, let's cultivate a community rooted in love, solidarity, and collective action. Our strength lies in our unity, and together, we can move mountains.
Reach out to at least one friend or neighbor this week and invite them to join us in our quest for political change.
With love and determination,
Aimy
Voice of the Community
As we continue canvassing the community, we're increasingly encountering a sense of frustration, discouragement, and hesitation regarding the upcoming election. Many are uncertain or entirely opposed to engaging in the process. A specific group, particularly those between 19 and 28 years old, remains disengaged, often citing that the political system seems ineffective and unlikely to impact their lives, regardless of their participation. However, we're also meeting others who are filled with optimism and excitement about the importance of making their voices heard. [[link removed]]
We can each play a part in shaping our future, and together, we have the strength to bring about meaningful change.
