The data is in: 70% of Americans support the United States taking action
to reduce climate change, and more than half of those Americans believe
the time to address it is right now.

People are experiencing extreme climate events at increasing rates, and
others are growing more concerned about the rising global
temperatures. The urgency of the climate
crisis is very apparent to us, so where is the action from our elected
officials?

Big Oil politicians and lobbyists remain committed to preserving the
nation’s reliance on fossil fuels in order to line their pockets, and they
have every intention to continue their toxic business practices, even at
the expense of community and worker health, safety, and longevity.

This election year, this coalition is mobilizing folks from across the
country to increase the pressure on Congress to pass a federal Green New
Deal now before it’s too late. But to do that, we’ll need your support.
