There’s a trope about Congress that the closer you get to Election Day, the less work that gets done, because representatives shift focus from governing to campaigning.

I don’t accept that.

Obviously, I’m going to work as hard as I can to hold this seat and retake the House majority — but as long as I have this job, I will never stop working to deliver real progress for Kansas.

The fact is, I’m proud of my record tackling some of our nation’s and Kansas’ most pressing problems. Together, we reduced the cost of insulin for seniors, created thousands of good-paying renewable energy jobs here in KS-03, passed the most significant (and bipartisan) gun violence prevention law in a generation, and funded critical infrastructure projects across our state.

But there’s a whole lot of work we still need to do — from protecting abortion rights, to reducing housing costs, to fighting back against attacks on LGBTQ+ Americans. And as I take on this work, I’d love to know what would be most impactful for you and your family.
