A second Trump presidential administration would be more radical and dangerous than his first.

He wouldn’t commit to vetoing a national abortion ban if the legislation came to his desk. He said he’d leave it up to the states if they wanted to monitor women’s pregnancies. He said “no comment” about whether he would enforce the Comstock Act, which could virtually eliminate abortion access nationwide.
