Dear Mr. xxxxxx,
I wanted to pass along my latest update on what I have been doing to fight for you, Texas’ 21st Congressional District, and our country as a whole:
Border crisis transparency
The American people deserve an exact accounting of the number of illegal aliens residing in the country. That’s why I led a group of 17 of my colleagues in demanding Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas release an updated report on how many illegal aliens are living in the country.
Millions have entered this country illegally, aided by the open-border policies of this administration. Americans deserve to know exactly how this ongoing crisis is impacting their lives and livelihoods.
Congress should stop funding this
Last week, dozens upon dozens of protestors disrupted universities across the nation. Some schools, like Columbia, have even gone as far as canceling final exams and graduation. However, instead of standing up against the violence, President Biden has declined to do anything about it.
We desperately need a president and an administration that will stop this. But we also frankly need a Congress, including Republicans, to stop funding institutions like this that are fueling and teaching hate-filled violence.
Here are some other news stories about what I’ve been up to lately:
•Congress Must Stop Biden's Weaponization of Government Against Pro-Lifers
•U.S. Rep. Chip Roy discusses direct flights to D.C., UT Austin protests
•ROOKE: The GOP Passes Un-American Censorship Bill That Puts Constitution Through A Paper Shredder
•Rep. Chip Roy: Don't police speech
•Rep. Chip Roy: Government should never be allowed to police your thoughts
•Rep. Chip Roy responds to UT Austin protests: "blatant antisemitism"
•Rep. Chip Roy on Biden's war against American energy
•You don't need the federal government coming in and dropping a stupid bill that's going to then create thought crimes, hate crimes, and create thought police for the entire country
•"If I hear one of my Republican colleagues look at me again and say, ‘Chip, we have a RAZOR THIN majority’…Well, when do they ever look across there and say, ‘Well, Chuck Schumer has a razor thin majority.'"
