As you may know, Senator Bernie Sanders dropped out of the Democratic presidential race today. I want to thank Senator Sanders and his supporters for engaging millions of voters, many of whom are participating in electoral politics for the first time. Bernie has spoken passionately about issues that affect working families and our party is stronger for it.

 

Now we need to focus on coming together to defeat Donald Trump.

 


 

As Democrats, we all believe in universal and affordable healthcare and greater economic security for all Americans. 

 

We could not face a starker choice this year.

 

Joe Biden has spent his entire career of public service advancing these goals to create a better country and I know he will continue to do so as president.

 

Even as we confront this pandemic and stay home to limit it's spread, you can take action to help make Joe Biden our next president
