Last week, Republicans in the Senate approved the Trump administration's
disastrous budget resolution.

Passing this resolution will allow Republicans to fast-track their
massive $1.5 trillion package of tax cuts for the ultra-wealthy -- leaving
hardworking Americans to bear the brunt.

How do Republicans intend to pay for these tax cuts, you ask? By cutting
funding for education, stripping away trillions from vital health care
programs like Medicare and Medicaid, and raising the deficit.

We've been there and done that, Samuel. It's a disaster for our
economy and working families every time, and I'll be damned if we
let Republicans take us down that road again.
