The University of Pittsburgh and Carnegie Mellon University rely on many hands to run their daily business. These employees have different job responsibilities and are paid different salaries, yet university leaders, much like company executives, have enjoyed soaring pay hikes during the past decade ([link removed]) while faculty wages lag behind.
