May is Mental Health Month.

Hi John,

Have you ever felt tired and burnt out from the weight of your day-to-day tasks as a caregiver or care recipient?

I know I have, and I know so many of you have, too. It’s normal to feel anxious, stressed, or tired – providing and receiving care can be hard, and the care systems in our country don’t make it any easier. Despite how you may feel, you’re not alone.

That’s why, this Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re hosting Relaxation Techniques for Caregivers and Care Recipients on Thursday, May 9 at 4pm PT/7pm ET. This event will be led by Jill Wozniak, a yoga therapist with over 17 years of experience.

RSVP for this event now!

Together, we’ll learn grounding and stress release techniques, breathing exercises, and more.
