WMUR: Ayotte says she would not support marijuana legalization if elected governor

New Hampshire is the only state in New England that hasn’t legalized marijuana.

This policy has consequences: We are losing out on revenue for public education, substance misuse programs, and housing. We are still penalizing people for something that is legal in every other state around us.

Those are just some of the reasons Joyce is in favor of legalization.

But MAGA Republican Kelly Ayotte just came out strongly against legalizing marijuana – Ayotte would continue to prevent Granite Staters over the age of 21 from using recreational marijuana even as the federal government is planning to reclassify cannabis.
