Gov. Sanders Signs Order Affirming Arkansas Laws on Gender, Says

'We Will Not Comply' With Updated Title IX Regulations

Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders signed an executive order Thursday that she says will provide clarity for how schools should enforce new state laws on bathrooms, sports and names after the Biden administration updated Title IX regulations providing more protections to LGBT students.

Sanders said in a news conference at the state Capitol that the new federal regulations could put the federal government into conflict with recent Arkansas laws.

"If President Biden threatens our state with loss of educational funding because we refuse to go along with his election-year pandering, Arkansas will take the federal government to court," Sanders said.

Sanders was joined at the news conference by Arkansas Education Secretary Jacob Oliva and Riley Gaines, a former All-American swimmer at the University of Kentucky who has been outspoken against allowing transgender women to compete in female sports.

Biden’s College Campus Chaos

After days of silence, Crooked Joe Biden finally emerged from hiding to address the pro-Hamas riots terrorizing college campuses. Missing from Biden’s speech: The word “condemn.”

What you need to know:

  • Biden couldn’t help but play “both sides” (again).
  • In remarks lasting just over three minutes, Biden STILL failed to outright condemn the lawless, anti-Israel mobs.
  • Instead, he slurred through pre-written remarks as he lumped flagrant antisemitism with “Islamophobia or discrimination against Arab Americans or Palestinian Americans.”
  • Then, Biden shuffled out as quickly as he came, stopping only to mumble “no” when asked if he supports National Guard intervention.
  • When far-left mobs are calling for the eradication of the Jewish people, why is it so hard for Biden to unequivocally, forcefully condemn them?
  • Those are the voters he desperately needs in November — and he knows it.
  • Now Biden is considering “welcoming” refugees from Gaza into the United States.
  • It can’t be overstated what a terrible idea that is.
  • Almost three quarters of Palestinians “believe that Hamas’ decision to launch the October 7 attack was correct,” while just 7% of Palestinians agree “Hamas committed atrocities against Israeli civilians.”
  • There’s a reason no neighboring country will accept Palestinian refugees.
  • Meanwhile, Biden has already created a refugee crisis.

The bottom line:

Biden can’t be bothered to unequivocally condemn the pro-Hamas rot permeating college campuses on his watch — but he can make plans to import more. It’s another example of Crooked Joe Biden putting foreign nationals before American citizens.
