Dear John,
During this unprecedented time, it's more important than ever to lift up the stories of immigrants and their contributions to our nation. From home health aides to delivery drivers to farmworkers, immigrants are playing critical roles by helping to feed, protect and care for people around the nation. Their contributions are vital to keeping us afloat during this crisis, and we must continue to advocate for actions that protect their health and safety.
At the National Immigration Forum, we're ramping up our online efforts to put a spotlight on this indispensable work, and the work of all Americans who are coming together in these challenging times.
As part of this effort, I’m excited to share with you the first installment of The Forum, a round-up of interesting news from across the spectrum of our work this past quarter.
I hope you enjoy reading this newsletter as much as we enjoyed curating it for you, John.
Happy reading and please take care!
Beth Sears
Vice President & Chief of Strategic Partnerships
P.S. If you liked this newsletter, will you take a second to share it with someone who might be interested in learning more about the Forum?
