DWC announces next CompCourses CE webinar

Join us on Wednesday, May 22 at 2 p.m. Central time to learn about *presiding officer directives (PODs)*.

Workers' compensation system participants will learn:


* The origin of PODs as a tool for presiding officers to obtain certifications for maximum medical improvement and impairment ratings.
* Unique features that set PODs apart from letters of clarification (LOCs).
* Procedural steps for issuing a POD.
* Real-world examples of PODs to illustrate their significance in workers' compensation cases.

This course is approved for one hour of general education credit through TDI.
