Today marks three months since we launched Maryland Tax Connect for all Maryland businesses!

One of my key priorities is to modernize processes and systems to improve security, efficiency, and transparency. Launching Maryland Tax Connect was a major piece of that initiative.

Hundreds of thousands of businesses have used the portal to file online securely in the past few months, and we’re making improvements based on feedback every week to improve the user experience.

I look forward to ensuring that every Marylander can file tax returns, check refunds, set up payment plans, and make payments in a more efficient and seamless way in the coming years. It will take time, but we are moving forward.
