Maricopa County was lying

Hi John,

I recently informed you of Kari Lake's appeal in the AZ Court of Appeals.

They were less welcoming than one would have liked. BUT there were a large number of revelations that came out- revelations that could change the narrative about the 2022 election here!

There is a long game to be played- to show the public the truth about what happened. And for that, the day in court was a BIG help.
The AZ Sun Times had this:

Olsen said during oral argument that the Rule 60(b) motion addressed three new types of evidence that emerged after the original trial. He said first, they discovered that Maricopa County did not comply with the mandatory Logic & Accuracy tests on the voting machine tabulators.

Second, they discovered that the county “conducted unannounced testing on the tabulators using the vote centers prior to Election Day.” He noted that out of the 466 tabulators used on Election Day, 260 rejected ballots and were “not corrected.” The new evidence showed that the county failed to complete the testing on the tabulators used on Election Day and instead only tested five backup tabulators that were not used.

Third, Olsen said it was revealed after the trial that Jarrett “repeatedly gave false and misleading testimony on these issues regarding the tabulators that serve to either cover up or to mislead the court as to what happened.”

He said the new evidence showed that the SLOG files, which are worksharing log files, from the election showed that the tabulators rejected over 7,000 ballots every 30 minutes all day from 6:30 a.m. until 8 p.m., and 71 percent of the vote centers experienced rejections higher than 20 percent. He noted that the U.S. Election Assistance Commission only permits a maximum rejection rate of 0.2 percent or about 1 out of every 500 ballots.

The courts are inconsistent at best. But when we use this chance to uncover more facts- new information that proves election malfeasance occurred- we are winning.

We are winning against the corrupt media and extreme Left, who ridicule election integrity. WE ARE SHOWING THEY ARE WRONG.

We are uncovering the truth and getting it out to the public. But we need more- and we need to speed this process up to be effective THIS YEAR! We can speed it up with your support. Getting the truth out is the most effective thing we can do in 2024. Your support means everything! ([link removed])
