Election integrity: The Heritage Oversight Project produced a bombshell last week: evidence that the Biden administration is trying to rig the 2024 election—and at taxpayer expense.  

• Oversight investigators have been trying to pry loose information about how the administration is implementing President Biden’s get-out-the-vote executive order.  
• The team obtained unredacted notes from a “listening session” with dozens of left-wing groups, which showed them to be “focused upon efforts to target historically Democratic voter blocks,” an Oversight memo says. Read the memo here.  
• “Our findings prove, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that this whole effort was implemented in a radically partisan manner,” said Mike Howell and Kyle Brosnan, executive director and chief counsel, respectively, of Oversight. Read their statement here.  

Taking flak: Last week, The New York Times tried—and failed—to debunk another Oversight bombshell. This one involved posters displayed at an NGO in Mexico urging illegal border crossers to vote for Biden when they get to the U.S. You can read the Times’ hit piece here. 

Busted: Last Tuesday, the Daily Signal’s Mary Margaret Olohan exposed how U.S. Assistant Attorney General Kristen Clarke lied under oath during her confirmation hearing about a prior arrest for nearly cutting off her then-husband’s finger. 

• This revelation immediately led to calls for Clarke’s resignation, most notably by Sen. Mike Lee, R-Utah.
• On Wednesday, Clarke admitted on CNN that she had failed to disclose her arrest, saying that she didn’t think she had to.
