The UN SDG Action Campaign has joined forces with the organising teams behind The Global Hack to bring people from every corner of the world - global leaders, government officials, experts, startups and private sector leaders, media and creatives, developers and literal hackers - to participate in the #TheGlobalHack from 9 – 12 April 2020 to create solutions for this global health crisis and beyond.
Different tracks will look for solutions to a variety of the most pressing issues, aligned to key SDG areas of focus, each being supported by a fleet of world-class mentors!
With less than 24 hours to go, here are the ways you can join us!
Join the Conversation on Slack
Join the discussions happening with this enthusiastic community of innovators and solution-creators! Share your insights as an active member in the slack workspace; comment on existing ideas, bring in new ones, share thoughts and support the hackers as they work their way through this crisis.
The UN SDG Action Campaign has launched the #SolidarityinAction track to co-create solutions that harness the positive power of solidarity and coordinated action to tackle this global challenge together and maintain this momentum beyond the crisis. Make sure to check out the channel specifically discussing challenges and solutions for this track: #ideation-solidarity-in-action
There’s a whole community out there posting challenges and ideas for solutions within each track of the hackathon. Once you’ve found an attractive idea, assemble a team of 6-12 dedicated people with the necessary skills and start hacking! Have a look at the agenda as well as all guidelines on how to register your team.
