Elise Files DOJ Ethics Complaint Against Biden Special Counsel Jack Smith for
Election Interference


On Tuesday, Elise filed an ethics complaint with the Department of Justice's
Office of Professional Responsibility against Biden Justice Department Special
Counsel Jack Smith for abusing federal government resources to interfere with
the 2024 presidential election illegally.


"Jack Smith’s multiple attempts to rush to trial the federal January 6th case
against President Trump violated long-standing, explicit Justice Department
policy. Further, Jack Smith’s repeated violations of the United States District
Court for the District of Columbia’s stay of proceedings are a lawless breach
of trial ethics and lawyerly conduct. Jack Smith’s actions brought disrepute to
the Justice Department and the federal government as a whole, and he should
face discipline appropriately.”

Elise Demands Biden Stop Protecting Disgraced Michael Cohen


On Wednesday, Elise and House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence Chair
Mike Turner demanded Joe Biden’s Department of Justice conduct a perjury probe
of Michael Cohen following his admission to lying in sworn testimony in front
of the Intelligence Committee in February of 2019.


“The Biden Administration’s attempts to stonewall this investigation is yet
another example of Biden’s lawfare against President Trump. It’s time Joe Biden
stop weaponizing the federal government against his leading political opponent.”

Elise Keeps Pressure on Columbia University President


On Monday, Elise released a statement condemning Columbia President Shafik
for surrendering to the pro-Hamas sympathizers and failing to protect
Columbia’s Jewish students. Columbia University's leadership has repeatedly
extended their deadlines and refused to hold these terrorist sympathizers
accountable. Elise stated –


“Columbia has surrendered to the radical pro-Hamas antisemitic mob instead of
securing campus and protecting Columbia’s Jewish students. There can be no more
extensions or delays. There can be no negotiations with self-proclaimed Hamas
terrorists and their sympathizers.”


Elise Publishes Op-Ed Calling to Restore Law & Order and Moral Decency to U.S.
Universities


On Thursday, Elise published an op-ed in Fox News condemning the moral rot
that has taken root across many of America's higher education institutions,
calling for law, order, and moral decency to be restored. Read an excerpt from

“Americans are watching in disgust as chaos spreads at college campuses across
our country. Jewish students and faculty fear for their safety as antisemitism
goes unchecked, and the rule of law is abandoned by morally bankrupt university
leaders taking their lead from President Joe Biden.


Enough is enough. It is time to restore law, order, and moral decency to
Columbia and universities across this country.”
