Today, we learned that Senator Bernie Sanders is suspending his presidential campaign. I know that so many of you are devastated, because I am too. But now is not the time to back away from our efforts.

Now, more than ever, we need leaders who will pick up the torch and continue our fight. We need a Congress that will fight for the platform we believe in. Bernie inspired us and carried us this far. Now, we will continue to fight for people we don’t know. Now, we will continue to fight to prioritize people over profits. Now, we will continue to fight for our planet. We will continue to fight for US.

Never before have we had so many people running for federal office on a people-powered platform. This movement is just starting. But in order to continue to fight, I am asking you to join our efforts.

As you are reading this email, we are calling our neighbors to conduct wellness checks and safely deploying our team if our neighbors need help. I’m asking 3 things of you so that we can keep fighting with all the strength we have and lead this movement:

1.) Tell 5 people about this campaign so we continue to reach new people.
