COVID-19 is forcing us all to adapt and respond to new and urgent needs. As such, our network recognizes that navigating these rapidly evolving housing challenges requires information, action and collaboration from all avenues.

Grounded Solutions Network is committed to supporting the millions of families at risk of losing their homes as a result of COVID-19, and we have created an online portal with links to available information, resources, services and programs for housing organizations. While not comprehensive, we will frequently update this page for online visitors to learn what efforts are underway to prevent delinquencies and to promote lasting affordability.

Reminder: April 15 Grounded Solutions, NLIHC, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac Housing Seminar, Registration Spaces Still Available

Scheduled for Wednesday, April 15^th, Housing-Related Responses to COVID-19 by the Federal Government & the Enterprises will explain emerging federal relief and stimulus packages available, with a focus on affordable housing-related supports for organizations, communities being served, and low- and moderate-income renters and homeowners particularly vulnerable to loss of income or layoffs. Capacity for our webinar is limited, so we encourage interested participants to register in advance to ensure priority consideration. All registrants will also receive presentation slides and a full video recording upon the webinar’s completion.

This intermediate level course reviews the contractual mandates and organizational mechanisms of monitoring, enforcement and stewardship, with a special focus on the challenges arising as a result of the current COVID-19 pandemic – loss of income, health issues and medical bills, and changes in the way we are able to work.
