The Biden Administration released radical new Title IX rules to
destroy private spaces for girls and women in schools across the
United States.



My team immediately took action and joined with the courageous
Texas Attorney General, Ken Paxton, to file a major lawsuit
against President Biden's Secretary of Education and others to
stop the Biden Administration's twisted, radical Title IX rules
from destroying private spaces for women and girls in schools
across the United States.



What would these truly heinous rules do?



Most shockingly, Biden's new Title IX regulations force women
and girls to share locker rooms and restrooms with men. This is a
vile obscenity.



Again, the Biden Administration will force schools to permit
biological males to use female restrooms and lockers. If schools
refuse, federal funding will be withheld...
