| John, ICYMI: A circuit court just overturned a state law barring boys from playing in girls’ sports leagues. Could you imagine a prime Michael Jordan at UNC joining the women’s March Madness Tournament and dunking on Caitlin Clark? I have to imagine that MJ would’ve broken every single scoring record in the girls’ tournament only if he had identified as female. The Woke Radical Leftist Thugs would’ve bought first-row tickets to that game. As ridiculous as that sounds, this is what happens when you allow liberal propaganda to influence the rule of law. And this is precisely why I’m running for Attorney General. Under my watchful eye, boys will play in boys’ leagues, and girls will play in girls’ leagues. Just how the good Lord intended it.
The kicker here is that the circuit court has OVERRULED an EXISTING state law. In no circumstances should a radical left circuit court dictate state law. It’s an overreach of power, and I will work tirelessly to fight these kinds of woke propagandists in North Carolina. But I won’t be able to stand up for North Carolinians without your help.
