It’s a strange request, I know, so let me pull back the curtain to explain:
As you may know, email is one of the most powerful tools a grassroots-powered campaign like ours has.
Through emails like this one, we can reach folks across the country in an instant with important updates on our campaign and breaking news in this Senate race. We can organize volunteers, reach out about upcoming events, and get your input through surveys. And of course, we can ask for support when we need it so we can build the resources it’ll take to protect this Senate seat and keep Wisconsin blue.
It’s a powerful tool, and it’s not one that I take for granted.
But lately, email providers have made it more difficult for campaigns like ours to land in your inbox. They’ve even made it more difficult to determine if you’re even reading our emails!
With all these changes, it’s forced our campaign to get creative.
