Right now, we are up against Big Oil and corporate special interests responsible for funneling hundreds of millions of dollars into anti-climate action campaigns and legislation at the federal and state levels.
Going forward, our digital outreach will now prioritize raising more small-dollar donations — think contributions of $5 or $20 from individuals like you — to fund our campaigns and organizing efforts, ensuring our vision for a federal Green New Deal becomes a reality.
Simply put, if we can’t keep up with Big Oil’s political spending, we risk losing the progress we’ve made. Right now, millions of fossil fuel special interest dollars are being poured into the 2024 elections. In order to keep pace and continue the fight for bold climate legislation, we need to raise $10,000 before the end of May.
