Harry is a public servant at heart – that's how I first got to know him. But when his uniform came off, he was still devoted to serving and protecting people.

His selflessness and good nature are what will make him an incredible representative for Maryland. He doesn't falter in his values and will always speak up for what is right.

He's the right person for the moment our Democratic Caucus is facing. He knows how to combat the severe threat from MAGA-politicians.
