When Allegheny County Executive Sara Innamorato took office in January, she assumed responsibility for about 50 county boards and commissions. As her administration makes new appointments, it faces a tricky balancing act weighing institutional knowledge against the opportunity to give other residents a turn at the table ([link removed]) .
