Dear John,

How are you? For many of us, it has been almost a month since we began to shelter in place either based on self-diagnosis or by municipal and or state mandate. Our lives have been disrupted in a myriad of ways as we try to process the challenges, grief and even opportunities for new possibilities. None of this has been easy for anyone as responding to this public health crisis has called all of us to develop a new normal. Still, even under immense pressures, we have witnessed our individual and collective resiliency as we have stepped up to build community and care for one another in innovative ways.

In establishing a new norm, Team Spaulding has shifted as well from “business as usual,” as we check in our beloved community of volunteers and supporters. Our hearts are full of gratitude to first-line health professionals, caregivers, supply chain workers that fill our grocery stores and shipment orders, public transportation operators and all other essential workers who continue to bravely stand on the front lines for our lives. We are also thankful to parents, teachers, students, business owners and workers across the country who have dramatically shifted their lives to adapt to these challenging times.

Above any pursuits, our commitment is to make sure the communities we engage with are informed and have access to the best resources available. We ask ourselves daily, how can we support you as you have been tremendously supportive of us. Thus, we have compiled some resources for you and those who are in need. Please use what is beneficial to you and share with others to help them as well.
