John, it’s Aaron Rouse. I need you to know what’s on the line for Virginia, and why I’m running for Lieutenant Governor —

Back when I first entered the special election race for State Senate, Glenn Youngkin was trying to pass a 15-week ban on abortion following the overturning of Roe v Wade. I promised that I would defend the right to choose in the Senate.

When we flipped the seat from red to blue, that’s exactly what I did. Now, I’m reaching out to reaffirm that same promise when I’m elected Lieutenant Governor. Will you chip in $10 to my campaign so we can make sure the right to choose is always protected?

With states across the nation placing harsh restrictions or outright banning abortion, the stakes have never been higher. We need a leader with a proven record of standing up to the Republican Party’s extreme attacks on reproductive freedom.

And make no mistake, John – the next Lieutenant Governor may well decide the future of women’s reproductive rights in the Commonwealth.
