Republicans target Nevada election laws in court.

  • The Trump campaign and the RNC filed a lawsuit challenging Nevada's ballot return deadline.


    • Republicans claim that Nevada is violating federal law by counting ballots that are sent back by Election Day and received by officials shortly after.


  • Nevada Republicans have appealed the dismissal of their lawsuit challenging the state's new anti-harassment law that makes it a felony to harass and intimidate election officials. Last month, a federal judge rejected the lawsuit for a second time.


Michigan GOP seeks to eliminate the state’s pro-voting constitutional amendments.

  • Michigan Republicans appealed the dismissal of their lawsuit seeking to overturn two voting rights measures approved by voters.


    • The GOP lawmakers used the discredited independent state legislature theory to argue the amendments should be void.
