Our democracy depends on free and fair elections. Elections that
are about addition, not subtraction.

COVID-19 presents a new threat to our elections by requiring
that we observe social distancing and take other precautions to
keep ourselves and our communities safe. One thing it absolutely
should not mean is that we suspend our democracy. Americans
should not be asked to choose between their health and their
vote.

That's why we must take steps now to allow Americans to vote by
mail, expand early voting, and ensure that same-day voting is
fully in-line with recommended safety precautions from the CDC.

Add your name to demand that Congress pass national vote-by-mail
and ensure that Americans can exercise their fundamental rights
and vote safely in November!

PROTECT DEMOCRACY
( [link removed] )

Yesterday, Republicans in Wisconsin proved that they are willing
to put lives in danger to suppress votes and maintain power.

Donald Trump falsely tried to blame Governor Evers for this
decision. In reality, Republicans and their allies in Washington
did everything they could to stop proper voting precautions from
being implemented.

That's why we need to act NOW and demand that people are given
the opportunity to vote safely.

We must build enormous grassroots pressure to insist on the
option of vote by mail and safe voting procedures on Election
Day. Our democracy depends on it. Sign here if you agree.
