Arizona Republic: Gov. Katie Hobbs signs repeal of Arizona abortion ban

Katie signed the bill that officially repeals Arizona's Civil War-era abortion ban! While she and people across Arizona celebrated the end of the 1864 ban, Katie also reminded Arizonans that more still needs to be done before reproductive freedom is fully restored in Arizona. She urged voters to support the abortion ballot initiative this November.

KVOA: Gov. Hobbs secures EPA fuel waiver ahead of summer gas formula change

Katie secured a fuel waiver from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) before Arizona's gas formula change that happens each summer, causing gas prices to rise. The waiver will allow Arizona to maintain its current fuel formula, which prevents supply disruptions and price spikes during the transition to minimize the impact on consumers.
