Hi John,

I do NOT like relying on courts- often packed with leftist judges- to decide issues of election integrity.

Unpredictable, at best. Still, when we get a win for election integrity, we need to celebrate it.

The AZ GOP scored a remarkable win in the AZ Supreme Court. At issue was the punitive legal fees levied against the AZ GOP for even BRINGING UP the issue of questioning the conduct of the elections.

The AZ Supremes delivered a CRUSHING win for freedom!
Biggest win here? We can question election misconduct in courts without fear of reprisal penalties.

What's more, the Supremes noted how our claims were not taken seriously by lower court judges, and that they did not act with appropriate judicial temperament.

So, they finally acknowledged the truth. And THAT is a good thing.
Now, for the bad news.

In the AZ Court of Appeals, a 3 judge panel was VERY rough on Kari Lake for her appeal of Maricopa County's misconduct in throwing the 2022 elections.

The court wants it to be too late to rule in favor of election integrity. But Kari is fighting anyway.
The judges were VERY skeptical- so our side had to keep laying into the facts of the case, including some recently discovered ones that were not entered in the lower court proceedings.
On one hand, we are clearly making progress. We can question these instances of election misdeeds in court. This is good.

On the other hand, we clearly cannot rely on the courts. We need stronger laws, clearer ones, that take the discretion out of the hands of these leftist judges.

As we found out the hard way this week, we clearly cannot automatically rely on all the Republicans in the legislature. They will be with us only if they feel the heat from YOU!

We are fighting many enemies on this front. Aggressive radical Dems in our state government. Left wing judges who lack judicial temperament. And a hostile media. We can ONLY succeed with strength and pressure- and you are the one that fuels that strength!

P.S. Arizona is paying attention to how well I can raise money - and how many patriots can support me. Will you help me show them how serious we are about election integrity?
