Lost 'N Sound

*LOST 'N SOUND, MAY 18*

Lost ‘N Sound will transform businesses all throughout the village into one-day music venues hosting local musicians across genres and at different stages of their career. Community members are invited to enjoy the performances while exploring both traditional music venues and unexpected spaces like architecture offices, art galleries, retailers, recording studios, and film studios hosting stages.

Ride Trinity Metro buses, TEXRail, TRE or ZIPZONE to reach the Near Southside festivities. And, on the event date, specially marked ZIPZONE vans will be shuttling eventgoers up and down S. Main Street to enjoy dozens of participating South Main Village venues with markets, food, music and more.

Grapevine Main LIVE!
TAKE TEXRAIL TO GRAPEVINE MAIN LIVE!

Grapevine Main LIVE! is back and better than ever with an 8-week spring music series sure to hit all the right notes!

The spring music series will take place Fridays in May and June at 7:30 p.m. Located on Peace Plaza directly off TEXRail Grapevine/Main St. Station, guests can enjoy food from eight chef-inspired global kitchens as well as specialty crafted cocktails and performances by some of the best local artists and bands in the Metroplex.

Free rides for voting, May 4
FREE RIDES FOR VOTING, MAY 4

Trinity Metro is offering free rides for voting on Election Day, which is Saturday, May 4. Passengers may ride for free to polling locations by showing their voter registration card or current Texas ID.

Riders may choose from Trinity Metro’s bus routes [ [link removed] ], TEXRail [ [link removed] ], ZIPZONE on-demand rideshare services [ [link removed] ] or ACCESS paratransit [ [link removed] ] for voting.

To use Trinity Metro ZIPZONE [ [link removed] ], download the ZIPZONE app and book your ride. Free ZIPZONE rides will be offered to or from any identified voter center location within a zone. For questions about bus routes, ZIPZONE or ACCESS paratransit rides to your polling place, call Trinity Metro at 817-215-8600.

Primary runoff election will be Tuesday, May 28.

Planned TEXRail Disruption
PLANNED TEXRAIL SERVICE DISRUPTION, MAY 14

 

TEXRail will not operate on Tuesday, May 14, so that crews can perform maintenance along the corridor between Fort Worth and DFW Airport. Trains will cease operations at 2:45 a.m. Tuesday, May 14, with plans to resume operations at 2:45 a.m. Wednesday, May 15.

MHMR Participants at Fort Worth Central Station
TRINITY METRO AND MHMR TARRANT PARTNER FOR APPRENTICE PROGRAM

Trinity Metro and MHMR of Tarrant County [ [link removed] ] have teamed up for a job training program that helps participants gain valuable experience while providing great service to enhance the customer experience. The 20-week program pairs six part-time helpers from MHMR with Trinity Metro staff in our custodial and facilities departments.

As part of the program, MHMR team members took classes on soft-skills techniques and resume building. They also came to Trinity Metro’s headquarters for interviews prior to beginning their jobs, which are Tuesday through Thursday each week.
