Spring has sprung, and what is our favorite part of Spring? Birdathon!
Birdathon is officially underway, but you still have plenty of time to get a team together and plan your big day outing.
So far we have nine wonderful teams (composed of 30 participants!) competing in Birdathon, but it’s not too late to set up your team! Check out all the teams participating here. We have only one team so far competing for the Backyard Bounty prize and only one team competing for the Car-free prize - so consider making your own team in one of those categories! Birdathon goes until May 20 and winners will be announced at our annual meeting on June 2. Proceeds from Birdathon go to helping birds and wildlife through conservation efforts, advocacy, education and citizen science. If you can’t participate this year please consider cheering on one of our existing teams with a donation. Thank you!
