Friend, I’m thrilled to share this news with you:

The Biden administration just lifted Affordable Care Act restrictions for DACA
recipients. This huge victory means that hundreds of thousands of people will
finally be able to access necessary, affordable health care.

This win didn’t happen overnight. For far too long, DACA recipients have been unjustly denied access to health
care options offered through the federal government — services that our tax
dollars contribute to. NILC has been advocating to change this policy injustice for years , alongside supporters like you. This victory is an important reminder of what
we can achieve when we take action together.

As we await further details from the Biden administration, such as open
enrollment dates and next steps, our team is gearing up to ensure that as many
DACA recipients as possible can apply for affordable health insurance.

That's where you come in, friend. Donations made right
now will help us spread the word to DACA recipients and continue working with
the administration to implement this new rule effectively.

Will you make a donation today to support our ongoing efforts? Anything you can
give will help propel our work forward and ensure more people can access the
care they need.
