Moore is a sixth generation West Virginian. He is the father of two young kids. He has earned the endorsement of current Governor Jim Justice and has the backing of his mother and my colleague, Senator Shelley Moore Capito.


Moore served seven years in the West Virginia House of Delegates – three of those years as Chair of the House Judiciary Committee. He earned a reputation for getting big things done on the issues important to conservatives.


Moore took the lead to ban sanctuary cities. As a result, West Virginia has none. Moore held the line on spending that paved the way for a 21% cut of the personal income tax. Moore increased pay for teachers and passed an innovative bill to use artificial intelligence to identify road projects that need fixed, saving taxpayers millions.


When Dobbs was handed down Moore went to work passing landmark legislation, making West Virginia a flagship pro-life state. Moore expanded Second Amendment rights and passed a bill protecting girls sports.

Moore is the Get-It-Done Conservative with plans to put parents in charge of education, produce West Virginia’s abundance of coal and natural gas to return us to energy independence, and keep West Virginia communities safe.


We need trusted conservatives in as many statehouses as possible.
