This Week's Highlights

Monday

Republican women are continuing to speak out against rampant antisemitism on college campuses across the country, making clear that they stand with Jewish students who are being threatened and the entire Jewish community.

GOP Conference Chairwoman Elise Stefanik focused on Columbia University specifically, sharing a powerful video of the violence and hatred that the school's leadership allowed to take place for far too long.

Tuesday

WFW PAC-backed candidate and 25-year veteran of the NYPD Alison Esposito (NY-18) joined in the condemnation of antisemitic protests at Columbia.

Esposito called the protests "anarchy" and "absolutely unacceptable," and offered support for her former colleagues in law enforcement as they continue to protect communities across the country.

Wednesday

Every WFW PAC-backed incumbent joined a bipartisan majority of their colleagues in passing the Antisemitism Awareness Act.

According to Rep. Lori Chavez-DeRemer (OR-05), the legislation "will require the Department of Education to use the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance’s (IHRA) definition of antisemitism when enforcing federal anti-discrimination laws," which "is a key step [in] ensuring antisemitic hate crimes on college campuses are properly investigated and prosecuted."

Thursday

Indiana's primary election is this coming Tuesday, and WFW PAC-backed Judge Wendy Davis (IN-03) is closing strong in the fight for this open R+18 seat. WFW Action Fund has engaged heavily to support Davis, who is running against scandal-plagued businessman Tim Smith and far-right failed Senate candidate and former Rep. Marlin Stutzman.
