What an incredible moment for our party! We achieved an outstanding set of election results.

In Blackpool South, we polled 17%, way above our national average and our best-ever result in a by-election. We only missed out on second place by a handful of votes. Our fantastic candidate Mark Butcher did a brilliant job winning over the electorate.



In Sunderland, we beat the Tories in two-thirds of seats and even polled an incredible 32.3% in one ward. We also saw fantastic results in Barnsley,Wigan and Lancashire to name just a few.
