After the Supreme Court’s Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health decision overturning Roe v. Wade , dozens of corporations stepped forward, publicly committing to covering employee travel costs for abortions, identifying reproductive autonomy as a cornerstone of employee health and well-being.

But a new CREW investigation [[link removed]] revealed that several companies that publicly supported abortion access after Dobbs have since donated more than $90,000 to anti-abortion lawmakers in Florida.

Specifically, Comcast, Boeing, Chevron, JP Morgan Chase and Deloitte — all of which publicly support and fund employee abortion access — have donated a total of $93,000 to the Florida lawmakers who voted for the state’s 6-week abortion ban that went into effect this week.

Just like we’ve tracked corporate hypocrisy around donations to the members who voted to overturn the 2020 election, CREW is committed to shining a light on corporate political donations, especially when they say one thing in public, and do another when they cut political checks.
