Here in Utah, we have made it a priority to ensure voting is accessible, safe, and secure. But across this country, too many people are facing an impossible decision between following health guidelines and exercising their constitutional right.

This isn’t a choice anyone should have to make. And it’s especially unfair to our vulnerable populations, who are being effectively disenfranchised by voting regulations that don’t account for our current public health crisis.
