Friend, as one of our most committed partners in this fight, you know that Alzheimer's is relentless. On average, a person with Alzheimer's lives four to eight years after diagnosis, but they can live as long as 20 years, depending on other factors. During that time, this thief of a disease will rob people of their memories, independence, control, time and, ultimately, life. We must be just as relentless in our work together to change the trajectory of this disease.
