Dear John,

This past week, our team has been checking in with folks across Colorado through phones, text, and social media. We have seen such an amazing response from people taking care of each other in the absence of resources.

People have taken it upon themselves to sew their neighbors masks, others have delivered groceries, and one woman in particular told us about her challenge with getting to the store because her car broke down. Her neighbor’s brother is a car mechanic and he fixed her car free of charge. Now she is able to meet her essential needs.

This kind of attitude is exactly what makes Colorado so special. We care about each other.

Unfortunately Cory Gardner has made it clear he cares more about making Trump happy than saving the lives of the people he is supposed to represent. We cannot afford this same type of leadership for another six years.
